La ricerca e selezione delle materie prime è orientata ad assicurare, per quanto possibile, il legame con il territorio e a valorizzarne le produzioni locali.

Un'altra garanzia è rappresentata dalla qualità degli ingredienti impiegati nelle preparazioni.
I freschi sono accuratamente selezionati e acquistati a cadenza quotidiana. I salumi saranno affettati sul posto e al momento, i latticini saranno di produzione locale e le verdure prevalentemente a km 0.

Osteria Del Gallina ,Trofie, Gnocchi al Pesto, Ravioli Genovesi con il sugo ''U Tuccu'', Pansotti al Sugo di Noci, Lo Stoccafisso Accomodato, Il Coniglio alla Ligure in Casseruola…Arrosto, Involtini, Braciole Bistecche e Salamini alla Griglia.

Dopo le 20 il locale si trasforma in un Pub (Roxy Bar Arvigo) aperto fino alle 4 del mattino per poter gustare i nostri Cocktail nelle ''Arbanelle'' , La nostra Selezione di Birre e poi… Primi Piatti, Piadine, Panini, Carne alla Griglia, Insalatone e altro ancora...

The Restaurant

Situated on the bustling Glasgow Road and just a stone’s throw from Barshaw Park, Caffé Royale has become a thriving destination for excellent Italian cuisine in Paisley and beyond.

Established in 2016 but overseen as a family run operation since 2019, the restaurant pulls off the impressive feat of being stylish and contemporary while retaining a transportive quaintness which will immerse everyone that enters in the joy of the dining experience.

On top of its friendly and attentive staff are pivotal in creating the endearingly comfortable ambiance that's come to be one of its calling cards, what makes this eatery unique is the authenticity of its food.

Our Head Chef

After undertaking a professional pilgrimage in the 1980’s, head chef Colin Guthrie has immersed himself in the traditions and techniques of the mediterranean nation of Italy.

An enthusiastic student of his craft who learned under the tutelage of Sicilian chefs in Corleone, this all important period of hands-on training was supplemented by spending time in the markets of Palermo and getting a rare glimpse into the homespun methods of the mamma’s and nonna’s whose tried and tested methods have fed generations of families.

Inspired by the teachings of the old country, there is nothing mass-produced about what we do. Everything is cooked to order and as such, patience can often be a virtue as we always strive to deliver the most rewarding and flavourful visit that we can.

Our Food

Fusing the best local produce with select important items which imbue our food with the unmistakable quality of genuine Italian cooking, it goes without saying that no matter what time you pop in and what menu you choose to eat from, we prioritise freshness and always strive to outdo ourselves.

An establishment that is never stationary, our ever-changing specials menu ensures that we’re in a constant state of evolution and there’s always something new to tempt you when you pay your next visit.

Our History

Luis Mena always had the dream of coming to America andachieving the American dream. Luis arrived in the USA at the age of 17, full ofdreams and desire to work and be part of this country, a country where dreamscome true... America. He soon developed a passion for the art of food, flavors,and the culture of the restaurant world.

For several years, Luis was working for different restaurants, looking for a better future, but most importantly… looking for his passion. On one occasion, Luis had the opportunity to travel to Italy. On his trip he was able to learn more about the culture and art of Italian food, its wines and its essence in general, from the north of Italy to the south inSicily.

Luis Mena has always been a man of challenges and one ofthem was opening a restaurant of his own with his wonderful wife Claudia Menathat has been one of their dreams since they met. Their dream came true onSeptember of 2019 in Rancho Santa Margarita.

Siamo felici di accogliervi al Ristorante La Madrice, situato nel cuore di Castellammare del Golfo, una delle località più affascinanti della Sicilia. Questa splendida cittadina sorge alle pendici del Monte Inici e si affaccia sul golfo delimitato dai capi Rama e San Vito lo Capo. Castellammare ha sempre fatto dell'economia turistica il suo punto di forza, ma anche la viticoltura e la pesca sono state fonti importanti di sostentamento in passato.

Oggi, Castellammare del Golfo è una delle mete più ambite dai turisti, grazie alle sue spiagge mozzafiato, ai suoi scorci pittoreschi e alle sue attrazioni naturali. Il territorio di Castellammare è infatti caratterizzato dalla presenza di luoghi di grande bellezza, come i faraglioni di Scopello, la baia di Guidaloca e la riserva naturale dello Zingaro.

Nuestro compromiso es de dejar conocer la verdadera cocina Italiana en Puerto Rico. La Cocina Italiana es parte de nuestra tradición que se ha desarrollado durante siglos. La Lasaña boloñesa, la pizza, la pasta hacen parte de nuestra cultura culinaria y todos tienen su historia y nuestro compromiso es dejar conocer también la origen de los platos y como se han desarrollados durante cientos de años.

Actualmente para dejar a conocer  la verdadera Cocina Italiana hecha por verdaderos Italianos, hemos abierto una Trattoria típica Italiana ubicada en Levittown Ave.Boulevard frente a la Iglesia del Cristo Soberano, adonde podrán degustar unos cuantos verdaderos platos de la gastronomía Italiana. Luego de solo 8 meses hemos ganado el premio de " Restaurante del Año 2014 " segùn la votación del publico en la encuesta " Cebolla & Pimiento " y el premio como mejor Restaurante Italiano según la votación Cebolla & Pimiento y la votación del Publico.

Certificado excelencia Italiana Tripadvisor. Este Año 2022 hemos ganado el certificado de EXCELENCIA ITALIANA directamente de Italia . mucho trabajo pero muchas satisfacciones, considerando que todo lo que hemos hecho, se hizo  utilizando los mejores ingredientes Italianos  y cosa mas importante el amor per la cocina Italiana, primera en el mundo por cantidad e calidad de platos.
